A little bit about us...
"We are just two friends that share a passion for baking. Never in our wildest imaginations did we think that after only 3 months of launching dolce gourmet cupcakes we would be awarded 1st place in a local Cupcakes Wars competition. It was quite intimidating competing against locally established bakeries, even a Wilton instructor, but we figured we had nothing to lose. It was just the confidence we needed to take our care-free hobby up a notch."

Growing up in an Italian family meant lots of cooking and lots of food. I remember watching my mom make beautiful cakes for birthdays and other family gatherings, so naturally when I was old enough I had to try and follow in her footsteps. Since then, I have found my passion for creating delicious gourmet cupcakes.
Ann Marie Scherpa
I have always had a passion for baking. At a very young age I sold cookies to the neighbors to make a little extra spending cash. The secret was out of the bag to my parents when the neighbors called the house ordering cookie platters from a 10 year old!
Ann Marie and Stephanie met through the teaching profession, became friends and 3 years later, cupcake business partners!
